It really all depends on what information you retrieve to answer the posed question, religions intentionally restrict and control information as a means to keep power and control within themselves.

Good point Slim, I think beneath Minimus's intent was getting people to think and posing questions does just that.
Religions like the JWS are structured to force people to let the Org. do your thinking for you and enforces that suggestion by using fear and intimidation.

from the very beginning into the physical attributes of the universe itself.
I think the evolutionary growing intelligence of mankind inherently started for man to think about why and how which he saw and experienced came about, the answer most ancients came up with is that supernatural beings in the massive heavens made and was the cause of what they saw.
Many people today still think this to be so.

One of the important truths I would like to elicit from JWs is the fact that their faith is in men rather than the Bible.
Yes the men of the Watchtower who instill subjective loyalty to them and their words , not the words of Jesus Christ through scripture.
One of the notable things about the JWS is their proclamations ( Jesus's return in 1914, Armageddon) which they made and no other religion have done.

The reason gods existed in human cognitive awareness throughout history is because they were something needed and wanted to exist by humanity which is undeniably related to human ignorance itself.

This goes for all spoken gods from man.
If a creating god does exist he (it) doesn't care about humanity or what goes on earth.
Jesus Christ was a god that mankind devised and wanted to be for are own sake.
